Funding
The KST English Hub will offer financial support to schools to enable them to undertake training and purchase resources linked to their chosen phonics programme.

These resources will be fund-matched by schools up to a limit of £3,000.
If a school meets two of the following criteria English Hubs are able to award unmatched funding of up to £6,000:

Phonics Screening Check score below the national average

Ofsted judgement of Requires Improvement or Inadequate
-
Above average numbers of pupils eligible for the Pupil Premium is above the more recently published national average (2018/19 national average is 22.9%)

The school is in an opportunity area
