The day will include:
• An introduction from the English Hub Leader explaining what the hub can offer your school
• The opportunity to discuss research-based evidence and share best practice in developing language, teaching early reading and how to promote a love of reading
• An opportunity to observe phonics lessons in action
• A question and answer session with our Senior Literacy Specialist
• A chance to look at a wide range of appropriate resources that could be used to promote and support early reading in your school
