Developing Vocabulary

In this session, we will look in depth at research as well as practical strategies that we can use in the classroom to build vocabulary and close the word gap. We will explore how you can achieve a vocabulary-rich environment in your setting so that children can ‘wallow in words and their uses’ and apply their growing vocabularies.
